Where the transaction id is
Open the PayPal receipt email or your PayPal activity, and it is the transaction id on the payment to StayCubic. Letters, numbers and dashes, no spaces. If you cannot find it, hello@staycubic.com works too and I will look it up myself.
If it says the email does not match
Use the address PayPal has on the account that paid, not the one you would prefer. That is the only thing tying the order to you, and I would rather annoy you for a minute than hand your file to someone else.
